Why Should I Register? (register here)
In order to be able to take full advantage of this site you should register (here). Registration is free and easy and will give you the following benefits:
- Edit your comments
- Email notification of replies to news posts you specify
- Send private messages to other users
- Add a signature to the end of your comments
- View certain areas of the site only for members
To register you must provide a username, password and a valid email address. This email address will not be used for spam, and you have the option to hide it from view by other users of this site. The staff of this site may have configured it to require you to validate this email address before you can finish your registration.

Does this site use cookies?
Yes, this site uses cookies to log you in if you are registered and cookies are used to save your preference for your choice of theme on this site.

How can I change the theme I see?
This site uses a system of themes where you can quickly change the look you see (if the webmaster has only created one theme then you will not be able to change the theme you use). This change is specific to you and your preferences will be saved by cookies. To change the look you see on this site just use the theme selector on the front page to select the one you wish to use. Your theme preference may be lost if your cookie for this site becomes corrupt or deleted, in which case you may just select your preference again.

How can I change the information in my profile? (edit profile)
You may change the information in your profile at any time you wish by going to the page here. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date, especially your email address. You may change any piece of information you like apart from your username. You username is yours for life. Unless otherwise specified on the profile page, this information will be public to other users.
In this section you may also edit your signature. Your signature will be automatically added to the end of your comments if you have enabled it for that signature, allowing you to easily add information to all of your posts.

I lost my password, what do I do?
If you loose your password at any time you may go to the page here where you can enter your username and details on resetting your password will be emailed to the address you have registered with this site. If for some reason you are unable to retrieve your password, please contact the webmaster here.

Can I search this site? (view search page)
You may search this site by going here. Here you will be able to search for information posted by a specific person, and/or search for specific words in both news posts and articles. You may also specify your search to only search in a specific news category.

Can I send email to other members?
If a member has allowed their email address to be viewed and the staff of this site have allowed you to use the email form then you may email other members of this site by clicking on their name on a comment or by finding their name in the member list and there will be a link there to email them.

What are private messages?
Private messages are similar to emails but you may use smilies and qhtml code in them. They are small messages that you send to other uses on this site (providing private messages have been enabled, both in your profile and by the staff of this site). To send a private message use the form located here.

How can I use the member list? (view member list)
The member list allows you to view a quick list of who is a member on this site (providing that it is not disabled by the webmaster of this site) and then view their profile or contact them via email or private message. You may also carry out an advanced search of the member list by going here.

Are there any special formatting tags I can use?
If the webmaster of this site has enabled the use of qhtml you may use qhtml to format your messages in special ways very easily. More information on this can be found here. You may also use smilies in your posts, these are small images that allow you to convey feelings in your comments, more details can be found here.

Can I edit my own comments?
You may edit comments that you make to a news post by clicking on the  button next to your comment you wish to edit. You may edit your comment as you wish, however, the comment may be locked from further editing by a staff member.

What is email notification?
If enabled then you may use email notification to subscribe to news posts. This means that when a new comment is posted to a news post you will be notified by email. This may be turned off as you wish by editing the options in your profile.
